You may register only one Account per person. Opening multiple Accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent closure of all associated Accounts. JKK77 uses automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Account activity.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must promptly notify JKK77 of any changes to your registered details.
JKK77 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to activating Account features. Verification typically requires submission of the following documents:
JKK77 aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete documentation. JKK77 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete, unclear, or fraudulent documentation. Funds in an Account under KYC review may be temporarily restricted from withdrawal until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must not share your username or password with any third party. JKK77 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must notify JKK77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
JKK77 accepts deposits via approved payment methods, which may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Available methods may vary and are subject to change.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. JKK77 does not charge deposit fees in most circumstances, but third-party payment providers may impose their own charges. You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds using someone else's payment method is prohibited.
All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in MYR or the equivalent amount at the prevailing exchange rate for cryptocurrency transactions. JKK77 does not hold deposits in interest-bearing accounts.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account and must match your registered name. JKK77 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method before processing a withdrawal via alternative channels.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. JKK77 targets processing within a reasonable timeframe; however, processing times depend on payment provider operations, bank settlement periods, and compliance checks, which remain outside JKK77's direct control. JKK77 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party service providers.
JKK77 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation where it has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or money laundering.
Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the exchange rate applied at the time of confirmed transaction. Cryptocurrency withdrawals, where offered, are processed at the prevailing rate at the time of the withdrawal request. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile; JKK77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
JKK77 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
JKK77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any promotion. Promotional offers may be withdrawn with or without notice.
All games available on JKK77 are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within each game environment. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing wagers.
JKK77 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for applicable game types to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating under protocols set by the relevant game provider. JKK77 does not guarantee specific game outcomes and accepts no liability for results arising from game play.
In the event of a technical fault, server error, or disconnection during a game round, JKK77 will endeavour to settle wagers in accordance with the game state recorded on the server at the time of the incident. JKK77's decision in such matters is final, subject to any applicable dispute process.
Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. JKK77 reserves the right to void or suspend markets in the event of integrity concerns, data errors, or events falling outside the scope of normal sporting competition.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any part of the Service without prior written permission from JKK77.
Any unauthorised use of JKK77's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence. JKK77 reserves all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JKK77 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.
JKK77's collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data is governed by the JKK77 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.
JKK77 collects personal data primarily to operate your Account, verify your identity, process financial transactions, detect and prevent fraud, and fulfil compliance obligations. JKK77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
You have certain rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and JKK77's regulatory obligations. Details of how to exercise these rights are available in the Privacy Policy.
JKK77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at its sole discretion with immediate effect where it has reason to believe that any of the following circumstances apply: breach of this Agreement; fraudulent activity; misuse of bonuses; unverified identity; money laundering suspicion; or any other conduct inconsistent with the safe and lawful operation of the Service.
Where an Account is closed for cause, JKK77 may withhold or forfeit any funds associated with activity in breach of this Agreement. Deposited Funds not implicated in misconduct will generally be returned to the verified payment method following investigation.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting JKK77 customer support. Before processing an Account closure, JKK77 will first settle any pending wagers and process any eligible withdrawal requests. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately in accordance with the Responsible Gambling Policy.
An Account that has received no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. JKK77 may apply an account maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its fee schedule published from time to time. Players will be notified prior to any fees being applied.
JKK77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JKK77 will provide notice through the platform interface, by email to your registered address, or by posting a prominent notice on the website.
Continued use of the Service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease use of the Service and contact support to initiate Account closure.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which JKK77 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration procedures applicable under that licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents JKK77 from seeking emergency or interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property.
